Returns of full-price and sale merchandise must be made within 14 days of your order date.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in good saleable (new) condition with the original hangtags and packaging attached. All original packaging must be completely intact. This does not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to refuse items if they have been worn.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
All orders shipped internationally (except Canada) are final sale.
If you are returning a present we have to refund the person who paid for it, however, we are more than happy to offer another item in exchange for the goods as long as the value of the item is the same or greater than the original. Details of the original purchaser must be provided.
Prior purchases are not eligible for a price adjustment.
RECEIVING CREDIT FOR YOUR RETURN
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 days of our receiving your return. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Sorry, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Gifting charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We take great care to ensure all our products reach you in perfect condition. If however, the product you order is faulty, please contact us (email@example.com) immediately, quoting your order number and describing the fault. Provide us with a few photos of the damaged product. All of this will be of great assistance to us. We will then advise you on the best course of action. Our staff will work with you to find the best solution to this problem. In the case of items damaged during shipment, please contact our customer care team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
Items purchased as "SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions. Promotions including coupons and promo codes, cannot be applied to Sale purchases.
By placing an order on this site you agree to the fact that items shipped under Free shipping would be sent via USPS Ground with the tracking info. You will request and pay for Insurance if you decide to further protect your purchase.
When returning items to us please keep your receipt with your tracking number from the Post Office, there is no charge for this, it’s simply your ‘proof of posting’ in the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive with us. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
You may be liable for import and/or customs duties on your order and will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival. We have no control over the time your country’s customs process the delivery.
Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
In the unlikely event that the product you need to return is faulty on arrival, incorrect or damaged in transit, please notify us immediately on receipt of goods. We will refund you the cost of the return postage. If we are unable to provide you with a replacement we will of course refund your original postage as well as the cost of the item.
