If you would like to exchange your item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on our site. For exchanges, there is no charge to return the item(s) and the new merchandise will be shipped to you with no shipping fee. You have 14 days to exchange your purchase.
If you would like to exchange an item you are not happy with, please email us at email@example.com and include your name, order number, and request an exchange.
Please indicate the replacement item in your email notification. If you request an exchange, delivery of the replacement item will be free. You will receive a exchange authorization number and instructions where to mail your exchange item within 24 hours.
If you place an order for one item and that item is on backorder, you will be notified of the back order status by email. If you place an order that contains multiple items, any product that is on backorder will be put on hold from the order, and the remaining products that are in stock will ship according to the selected shipping method. You will be notified by email of the product(s) that are back ordered.
